 Everyone needs a day off, a day full of relaxation, a day just for themselves. It’s needed and required and it’s not always fulfilled due to busy school and social lives we forgot about the proper care body needs. We will walk through four tips for self balance, five tips for self-care and seven tips of self love.

Self-Balance:

What is self-balance? Self balance means balancing work, family and yourself. It’s important to arrange your flow and spirit to live a healthy balance to have a better performance, be more satisfied, and overly be more happy.

 Tip#1 Find a support system where you should have people who question your thinking and  challenge you to think deeply and help you be the better version of yourself.

 Tip #2 Take control and say no we have so much on our plate. Sometimes we do things others want and it is time to say no, take care of your workload and do not take over from anyone else and by adding more stress to your own plate.

 Tip # 3  Schedule resting time. Everyone needs a nap. Those who enjoy no rest will be in distress. Resting will give you the joy and peace of mind that you require and need for most daily requirements. 

 Tip # 4 Focus on today’s matters more than the past and future. Focusing on today can help ease the stress of what we need to do and what we cannot change.

Self-Care

 Self-care is a process for creating habits for the well-being of yourself by being physically, emotionally and mentally prepared for anything that is needed for the body and mind of yourself. Here are five tips for self care:

Tip #1 Try relaxing activities like drawing, painting or coloring. Another relaxing afternoon activity is either yoga or meditation.

Tip #2 Set goals and habits you want for yourself and try your best to complete them.

Tip #3 Focus on the positive because the negatives don’t last long anyway they are often just temporary mind blocks.

Tip #4 Turn off your phone and focus on yourself. Life happens too much on a screen nowadays. Sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect with yourself to make sure that you are okay.

Tip #5 Finally build your confidence and self-esteem. Feeling like you could do anything is often the way to succeed. 

Self-Love:

Self love is needed in life. Part of it is accepting your faults and imperfection as your own, understanding the good and bad about yourself, taking care of yourself and your needs and not downgrading yourself for anyone else. Here’s seven tips for self love
