The Sidemen are a group on YouTube that host charity soccer games. They have three YouTube channels; one is their main channel, and the other two channels are for gaming and reacting. The Sideman hosted their 5th Charity Match in London with a lot of big YouTubers such as Ishowspeed and Mr. Beast. The Sidemen played in West Ham stadium; they sold out the 60,000 stadium in just one hour. The Sidemen’s most popular member, KSI played as the goalie so we wouldn’t get injured ahead of his boxing match vs Tommy Fury. 

The game started with a goal by YouTuber Kai Cenat, sadly, he was offside, so the goal didn’t count. Then, in the 8th minute, Ethan, also known as Bezinga (a member of the Sidemen) scored his first goal ever in a charity match. Six minutes later, the best player for the YouTube All-Stars, Chris MD scored a goal to tie the game 1-1. He went in between three defenders to score the goal.  There was no more scoring until right before halftime, when Simon, also known as Miniminter, scored. Simon has scored a goal in every Sidemen charity match.

 Then Chunkz from the YouTube All-Stars ties the game, making the score 2-2 going into halftime. Right after halftime, Manny from the Sidemen scored twice to make it 4-2. Then, the best player for the YouTube All-Stars, Chris MD earns them a penalty. Ishowspeed got to take the penalty. Sadly, he missed and KSI (the goalie) did the Sui celebration over him. The Sui celebration is one that famous soccer player Christiano Ranaldo uses. Ishowspeed looks at Ronaldo as his idol because he is his favorite sports player. Right after the penalty, Max Fosh scored an amazing goal right into the corner of the goal so KSI couldn’t reach it. Now it is 4-3 for the Sidemen. Then Tobi for the Sidemen scores a goal because the YouTube All-Stars goalie XQC messed up and kicked the ball right to Tobi for the open shot. Then Manny gets subbed in for Tobi and Manny scores his third goal, which in soccer is called a hat trick. Now it’s 6-3 Sidemen and there are 18 minutes left in the game. 

Then KSI makes a huge mistake: he catches the ball right on the goal line and accidentally rolls in the goal. Some people think he rolled in on purpose to make the game more entertaining. Right after my favorite player on the Sidemen Harry also known as W2S scores the best goal of the game. It goes right into the top right corner so it’s 7-4 Sidemen. The fans know it is probably over, but they just like to see the goals most of them don’t care who wins. Ishowspeed who has been active all game passes the ball to Niko; a member of the Youtube All-Stars. Niko scores a goal in the bottom right corner, almost hitting the post. This goal gives the YouTube All-Stars hope to come back. Then Tareq for the Sidemen crushed the Youtube All-Stars dreams and scored a goal to make it 8-5. That was the last goal of the game so the Sidemen won 8-5. The Sidemen got to lift the trophy that West Ham lifted after winning the premier league. The Sidemen streamed the game live on YouTube they got 2.6 million viewers. That was the most viewers they had ever seen they had streamed the charity matches. It was also a record for most viewers in a YouTube event. The Sidemen raised 2.4 million dollars for charity. That money came from their fans who donated on the live stream.
